Meet the founders - Emma & Jamie

It all started in 2021...

Thoughts and Crosses (TAC for short!) started with us making cards and gifts from our dining table. What began as a little creative passion project soon grew into designing wedding signage - and now we create full wedding and event decor!

Fun fact: we launched Thoughts and Crosses just six months after getting together. Our craziest, and best, decision yet!

The creative one

Emma’s the creative force behind the magic.. from dreamy signage to full-blown decor. She’s the one who brings your Pinterest board to life. She loves to help make those big life celebrations & wedding days personal to each & every client.

When she’s not helping to create your dream wedding or event, you’ll probably find her humming along to a musical soundtrack or getting lost in a true-crime podcast (balance, right?).

The organised one

Jamie’s the calm in the chaos. He’s the logistics wizard who makes sure every arch, flower wall, and sequin backdrop is in place and right on time. With an eye for detail and a head for problem-solving, he makes sure every detail falls into place like petals down the aisle.

When he’s not loading up the van or planning setups, he’s likely watching Formula 1 or already thinking about the next big TAC project.
